Coriole sources fruit mainly from its own vines or from the vineyard of a neighbour. Fruit varieties used in Coriole wine includes Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Sangiovese and Cabernet Merlot.
Corioles aim is to maintain their tradition of producing premium full-bodied red wines from McLaren Vale, focusing on Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon whilst also being very enthusiastic about their ambitious plans for Sangiovese at the winery and its potential to produce such a contrasting style to Shiraz.
